    cells should highly express NCAM, but sees no shift for APC (y-axis)

    Hi, I been using the Anti-NCAM [MEM-188] (APC) ab28335, but now I want to try the biotinilated Anti-NCAM [MEM-188] Biotin (ab25640)
    My question is, in the webpage, the ab28335 reacts with human and mice, but the ab25640 only with human? I need the Ab for mice, so I need to be sure that the biotinilated ab (ab25640) will work on mice, I believe is the same clone... could you clarify this?
    Could you also give the current availability of the ab25640?

    Thank you very much for contacting us with your question.

    We do expectall antibodies from the same clone tohave the same cross-reactivity, so Ab25640 should react with mouse samples despite the difference in conjugation between it and Ab28335. We don't add a species to the datasheet for a particular product untilit is tested, and Ab25640 hasn't yet been tested with mouse samples so only human is listed.

    Since Ab25640 hasn't specifically been tested with mouse samples, you are eligible for our testing discount program if you'd like to try it. For this program, you would first purchase ab25640, test it with mouse samples, and submit your feedback to us in an online Abreview. In exchange we will give you one free primary antibody on a future purchase. Please let me know if you're interested in this program and I can set this up for you.

    We do not currently hold stock of Ab25640, and we expect it to arrive within 1-2 weeks of placing an order.

    Ab28335 and ab25358 are the same clone but ab28335 gave no signal in flow cytometry and ab25358 gave a strong signal. How do we know which antibody is producing the correct data?
