WB Use a concentration of 0.25 µg/ml. Predicted molecular weight: 47 kDa. Good results were obtained when blocked with 5% non-fat dry milk in 0.05% PBS-T.
IHC-P Use a concentration of 12 µg/ml. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

I wonder if you could send a WB image so that I can take a look at the different band size(s)? It may well that endogenously-expressed and transfected protein runs at different size on the gel.
I could certainly offer you a new vial from a different antibody ab105869 (as a free of charge replacement - FOCR). This alternative antibody is from a different source; the host species, the immunogen used and the testing conditions were different. Please could you take a look at the datasheet and confirm to me if you wish to get a FOCR.
