Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence analysis rat primary astrocyte culture labelling Apolipoprotein A II/ApoA-II with ab92478 at 1/500. Cells were fixed with methanol and permeabilised using 0.1M PBS with 1% Triton X. An Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated monoclonal donkey antibody at 1/3000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody.
