    I have now received feedback from the source of those antibodies regarding the homologies of the immunogens and the species you are interested in. Unfortunately the rabbit and bore sequences were not available for performing a homology search. Regarding the human protein, the homology of human aquaporins 7, 8 and 9 with the immunogens was around 80%. This is relatively low, and I therefore am not sure the antibodies will work in human samples. I'm sorry I couldn't help you more regarding the rabbit and bore sequence homologies and hope the information regarding the human homologies will be useful,
