ab3593 staining Argonaute 3 / eIF2C 3 in murine testis tissue by Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde and an enzymatic antigen retrieval step was performed. Samples were then blocked with 10% serum for 30 minutes at 25°C and then incubated with ab3593 at a 1/50 dilution for 1 hour 30 minutes at 37°C. The secondary used was a biotin conjugated goat anti-rabbit polyclonal used at a 1/200 dilution.
