    Thank you for your reply.

I am sorry that you have been having issues with some of our antibodies in Flow Cytometry. Under our Abpromise we guarantee that ab108949, ab54427 & ab95780 should work in flow cytometry on rat samples. If we cannot resolve the issue you are having with the antibody then I would be happy to either send a replacement antibody or to process a refund.

To be able to help you further in this matter, would you be able to send me a copy of the protocol that you have been using, along with any modifications that you have tried, to see if there is anything I can suggest.

I look forward to your reply and helping resolve this matter.

    Thank you for your reply.

Sorry to keep asking you questions, but the customer ID you gave me is for a Dr Alejandro Gomez, is that correct. I ask as its does not mentioned Bone Interface Group in their address that we have on file and I just wanted to make sure that the quote went to the correct person.

Thank you for your patience, and I look forward to your reply.

Thank you for contacting us with your question. I contacted the production lab to enquire about the isotype of ab36436, and unfortunately they said that the antibody has not been characterized to distinguish if it is IgG1 or IgG2.   We do have hamster IgG isotype controls that you may use as control antibodies. I would recommend ab18479, which is an Armenian Hamster IgG isotype control. This antibody has been tested on a variety of mouse, rat, and human tissues. I hope this information is helpful, but please let me know if you have further questions.
