Additional bands at: 35 kDa. We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.
An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 35kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunising peptide.
Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.
