There are many proteins that can be used as Marker for Endoplasmic reticulum, Phagosomes, Mitochondria, vacoules, peroxisomes etc. Please click the below link to find the target proteins

ab54789, ab102806 and ab104339 are few of anti vacoule antibodies.
ab49355 and ab72208 are anti vesicle antibodies.
ab89116, ab102545 and ab52759 are the anti peroxisome antibodies.
