Dear Sirs and Madam I recently bought the anti ATF4 antibody (ab50546). While I have tried to change gel type, blocking, incubation, secondary antibody, the blott showed only black dots. There's not any single band at all. Please tell me if you can change it with another one (ab31390). Since I need to resubmit paper on the next Tuesday. Unless you respond me today, I would order ab31390 as soon as possible. Thank you for your listening.
