Additional Notes
Image shows DAPI staining (Blue), Na / K pump ALPHA 3 staining - Red, MAPT staining green. This staining is on ALS patient iPSC derived Neurons. For Blocking, we used 5% BSA which was mixed with primary antibody and kept overnight. No separate blocking step was used. Credit for staining goes to Marina Kovalenko, 4th Year Neuroscience (Honours) BSc student, University of St Andrews) & Amit Kumar Chouhan, PhD Student, University of St Andrews, School of Psychology and Neuroscience, Neural Control of Movement Lab (Dr. Gareth Brian Miles, Reader, University of St Andrews)
