Customer would like to know for using ab1287 and ab2254 in IHC-formalin fixed paraffin embedded sections, at what pH for antigen retrieval?

Thank you for your enquiry. For ab1287, the originator has recommended using 0.1 M citrate buffer, pH 6.6 and 1mM EDTA. For ab2254, we would suggest microwave pre-treatment in citrate buffer (pH 6.0) for 5 mins high then 5 mins simmer (800W conventional microwave).
