BATCH NUMBER 165680 ORDER NUMBER 164559 DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM enquiry ref: 889878 This package was simple, only used one small ice bag ANTIBODY STORAGE CONDITIONS The Abs were in RT when we received ADDITIONAL NOTES As we haven't positive control slide for the Aurora A, and we are very busy, we didn't do IHC, but we did Western Blotting for all these four abs that we ordered and you shipped together, we don't know if this Aurora A is working or not, but the ER-a is not working, so we ask replace Aurora A too. Attached is Western Blotting results by JPE format, if you can't open please let me know Following are my more detail standpoints. The Abs were definitely in RT when we received This package was simple, only used one small ice bag (around half pond). If you still persist in, your technique department can simulate this shipment, see what will go on. We paid shipping fee, inside are thousand dollar worth four Abs, abcam should be responsible for the Abs¡¯ quality using correct ice package. This was two days and hot summer shipment, we don¡¯t know what UPS ¡® Delivery status was, especially on rigorous delivery truck.Abs¡¯ properties are very as you know, even unhappy with us when received The four Abs, we still set a Western Blotting test at 2nd day: Cyclin b1 and PCNA birth have correct bands, ER-a had not any band and we haven¡¯ IHC positive control slide for Aurora AWe bought in bulk mount of Abs from abcam or others every year, we have lots of experiments every week, we are very busy, hopefully, this is last enquiry on this case. Your understanding is my pleasure!

Thank you for your enquiry. I am afraid your image did not come through. All of our antibodies are stable at room temperature for at least 2 weeks. From the information you have given, I cannot tell whether there may be something in your protocol that can be optimized for better results, or if the antibody is really at fault. If you could fill out the form again with the details of your Western blot protocol, I can look into this further. Please find the link again below for your convenience. https://www.abcam.com/index.html?section=western&pageconfig=technical&intAbID=1287&mode=questionaire I hope this information helps, please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any more advice or information.
