Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - Anti-AVPR1B antibody (ab116246)ab116246, at 5 µg/ml, staining AVPR1B in formalin fixed, paraffin embedded Human anterior pituitary tissue by Immunohistochemistry. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated anti-goat IgG secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen.
