Product nameAZ 628, pan-Raf inhibitor
DescriptionNovel, potent, pan-Raf inhibitor for BRAF, BRAFV600E and c-Raf
AZ 628 is a novel, potent pan-Raf inhibitor. In cell-free assays it inhibits BRAF (IC50 = 105 nM), BRAFV600E (IC50 = 34 nM) and c-Raf (IC50 = 29 nM). It also inhibits VEGFR2, DDR2, Lyn, Flt1 and FMS. AZ 628 suppresses anchorage-dependent and -independent growth, gives rise to cell cycle arrest, and induces apoptosis in colon and melanoma cell lines harboring the B-Raf V600E mutation.
Storage instructionsShipped at 4°C. Store at +4°C short term (1-2 weeks). Store at -20°C long term. It is important to note that this is air sensitive and impurities can occur as a result of air oxidation. Store In the Dark. Store under desiccating conditions.
