Target

  • Function

    Activates serine/threonine-protein kinase TBK1 and facilitates its oligomerization. Enhances the phosphorylation of NF-kappa-B p65 subunit RELA by TBK1. Promotes TBK1-induced as well as TNF-alpha or PMA-induced activation of NF-kappa-B. Participates in IFN-beta promoter activation via TICAM1.

  • Immunofluorescent analysis of HeLa (human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) cells (4% Paraformaldehyde-fixed, 0.1% tritonX-100 permeabilized) labeling AZI2 with ab192253 at 1/100 dilution. A Goat anti rabbit IgG (Alexa Fluor®555) ab150078 was used as the secondary at 1/500 dilution.  Couunterstain DAPI. 

    Negative controls: anti-AZI2 at 1/100 dilution, Secondary ab Goat anti mouse IgG (Alexa Fluor®488 at 1/200 dilution.

    This data was developed using the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation containing PBS, BSA, glycerol, and sodium azide (ab192253).
