Additional Notes
Adult mouse was perfused with 4% PFA in 0.1M PBS. IFC staining performed in brain sections with mouse monoclonal anti-BIIM (ab759) with Alexa 568. This antibody stained only blood vessels not neuronal cells. Average quality antibody.

It appears that under these experimental conditions, ab759 does not specifically detect beta 2 Microglobulin in the frozen brain section of mouse. We welcome further customer feedback.
