In rat there appears to be near identical positivity when compared with ab78078. However, this Ab seems to show a better fibrillar positivity in rat spinal motor neurone cell bodies: see image.
Interestingly, some L/S nerve fibre processes are clearly seen yet the majority in the white matter are also not obvious.
NB: I appreciate that the TUJ-1 clone is accepted as the Gold Standard for demonstration of Neurone-specific beta III Tubulin.
Do these Abs ( ab7751/ ab78078) give us identical positivity?
For all species that I have tested, I recommend ab78078.
