Our Abpromise guarantee covers the use of ab34536 in the following tested applications.
The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
ELISA: 1/1000 - 1/3000.
This product has been assayed against 1.0µg of Bilirubin Oxidase in a standard capture ELISA using Peroxidase conjugated streptavidin and ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic-acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT.
IM: Use at an assay dependent dilution.
WB: Use at an assay dependent dilution. Predicted molecular weight: 64 kDa.
Suitable for other antibdy based assays using streptavidin or avidin conjugates.
Not yet tested in other applications.
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
RelevanceBilirubin Oxidase is an enzyme that catalyses the oxidation of bilirubin to biliverdin and other substrates. This enzyme has been expected to be used in the field of clinical pathology for the enzymatic determination of total bilirubin in serum and the treatment of jaundice and hyperbilirubinemia.
