      Customer has reported no signal in IHC-paraffin sections. Human samples. When this antibody was tested in IHC-paraffin sections, what was the protocol that was used?

      Answer

      Thank you for your enquiry and patience. I regret to inform you that this antibody has not yet been tested for application in IHC-P (paraffin sections) and so I cannot provide you with the protocol that was used. I have removed this application from the online datasheet and do apologize for this. If you would like a refund or credit note, please let me know. This antibody is expected to work in IHC-P however, as the unconjugated version of this clone, BM8, is suitable for this application. The non-biotinylated antibody reacts on paraffin sections after digestion with proteinase K (Dako, ready to use) for 10 minutes at room temperature.
