ELISA: 1/50000 - 1/250000.
This antibody has been assayed against 1.0µg of Glucose Oxidase in a standard capture ELISA using Peroxidase conjugated streptavidin and ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT.
IM: Use at an assay dependent dilution.
WB: Use at an assay dependent dilution. Predicted molecular weight: 65 kDa.
Suitable for other antibody based assays using streptavidin or avidin conjugates.
Not yet tested in other applications.
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.

Relevance
Glucose Oxidase is widely used for the determination of glucose in body fluids and in removing residual glucose or oxygen from foods and beverages. Glucose Oxidase producing moulds such as Aspergillus and Penicillium species are used for the biological production of gluconic acid. CATALYTIC ACTIVITY: Beta D glucose + O2 = D glucono 1,5 lactone + H2O2. -
