I agree the review information is confusing. But I have confirmed ab34771 is biotinilated. ab34771 has been tested in paraffin-embedded, formalin fixed sections as indicated by the 'IHC-P' noted in the 'Tested applications' section of the online datasheet. This anti-RFP antibody reacts with all RFP variants from Discosoma including tdTomato.  Please feel free to contact me for for any additional information.

Thank you for your inquiry. We do not perform QC testing specifically against mCherry, but our polyclonal anti-RFP antibody is designed to recognize RFP from all Discosoma RFP variants, including mCherry. I hope this information helps. Please contact us with any other questions.

Thank you for your enquiry. We have tested our recent lot (lot GR6999-1 976656 using Immunoelectrophoresis (IEP) and the results showed no reactivity against GFP. I hope this information will be helpful.
