Biological description
Potent, cell-permeable, reversible, ATP-competitive, and selective PKC inhibitor (IC50 = 15 nM, rat brain PKC). Blocks antigen driven, but not IL-2 induced, T-cell proliferation. Shows less potent apoptotic effects than Ro-31-8220 (ab120374). -

Handling
