Currently, we only have stock in the US (3 vials) and the JP office (1 vial) but none in our UK office. These vials are from the same bleed and purification your customer had so I am unable to offer you a new batch at the moment.
Could you please discuss it with your customer and let me know how you wish to proceed with this complaint.
