In the datasheet prostate carcinoma is given as a positive control. Using this antibody a positivity in normal prostate tissue is also obtained. The positivity in normal prostate tisssue is stronger than the prostate carcinoma.

Is positivity in normal prostate tissue also expected?

Thank you for your feedback. Prostate carcinoma is a positve control since it has used in characterization test for this antibody. Unfortunately, we don’t have information whether normal prostate tissue should express B Raf protein or not.
