Anti-BRAF35 antibody (ab228577) at 1/500 dilution + HEK-293T (human epithelial cell line from embryonic kidney transformed with large T antigen) whole cell lysate at 30 µg
Developed using the ECL technique.
Predicted band size: 36 kDa
A375 (human malignant melanoma cell line) cells stained for BRAF35 (green) using ab228577 (1;500 dilution) in ICC/IF. Cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 minutes.
Counterstain: Hoechst 33342 (blue).
BRAF35 was immunoprecipitated from HEK-293T (human epithelial cell line from embryonic kidney transformed with large T antigen) whole cell extracts using 2 µg of ab228577. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using ab228577 at a 1:1000 dilution.
Lane 1: HEK-293T whole cell extracts 40 μg (Input).
Lane 2: Control IgG IP in HEK-293T whole cell extract.
Lane 3: ab228577 IP in HEK-293T whole cell extract.
