BRF1 was immunoprecipitated from 1 mg HeLa whole cell lysate using ab264191 at 3 µg/mg lysate. ab264191 was used for western blotting at 1 µg/ml.
Lane 1: ab74221 IP in HeLa whole cell lysate.
Lane 2: ab264191 IP in HeLa whole cell lysate.
Lane 3: Control IgG.
