I would like to use this reagent, BRL 52537 HCl (Cat. No. ab120669), for
mouse in vivo at as high dose as possible. Could you please let me know
what dose should be maximal (or LD50 in mouse), or where I should
contact in order to get the information?

Thank you for contacting us.
Unfortunately as we do not currently undertake our own research we are only able to offer information that is currently available in the literature. It appears that BRL 52537 is used most commonly at 1mg/kg/h, given by intravenous infusion. One paper, by Zeynalov et al., 2006 used an infusion rate of 0.05 ml/h in a mouse model. I have attached this paper for your information.
There does not appear to be any information regarding the LD50.
