ab94977 staining Brn-2 Figure A: Human immortalized Schwann cells transfected with mouse Brn2, fixed and stained 2 days post transfection under conditions specified in above review. Figure B: Non-transfected control under the same staining conditions by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with Paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with Triton X-100 0.3% in PBS for 10 mins at 21°C and blocked with 5% normal Goat serum for 1 hour at 25°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/1000 in 5% Goat serum) for 22 hour at 4°C. An Alexa Fluor®488-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG polyclonal (1/500) was used as the secondary antibody for 2 hours at 25°C.
