Fast track antibodies constitute a diverse group of products that have been released to accelerate your research, but are not yet fully characterized. They have all been affinity purified and show high titre values against the immunizing peptide (by ELISA). Fast track terms of use

Application Abreviews Notes
WB
Use at an assay dependent concentration.

A 1 hour primary incubation is recommended for this product. Preliminary experiments gave an approx 70kDa band in Rat Retina lysates after 0.03µg/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 53.2kDa according to NP_599182.1. The 70kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. We would welcome your feedback if you have tested this antibody in more suitable positive controls.
