  • Immunofluorescence analysis of U87-MG cells labeling C14orf166 using ab188326 at 1/100 dilution. A goat anti rabbit IgG (Alexa Fluor488) at 1/200 dilution was used as secondary antibody. Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Counterstain: DAPI.

  • Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human astrocytoma tissue labeling C14orf166 using ab188326 at 1/100 dilution. A ready to use HRP polymer for rabbit IgG (prediluted) was used as secondary. Counterstain: Hematoxylin.

  • Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human fetal kidney tissue labeling C14orf166 using ab188326 at 1/100 dilution. A ready to use HRP polymer for rabbit IgG (prediluted) was used as secondary. Counterstain: Hematoxylin.

  • Immunoprecipitation analysis of 293T cell lysate labeling C14orf166 using ab188326 at 1/50 dilution (Lane 1). An anti-rabbit IgG (HRP), specific to the non-reduced form of IgG at 1/1500 was used as secondary antibody. Lane 2: PBS instead of 293T cell lysate.
