This data was developed using ab180932, the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation.
Immunoprecipitation of fetal kidney cell line labeling C1orf93 using ab180932 at a 1/60 dilution (lane 1). Lane 2 shows the negative control. Anti-Rabbit IgG (HRP), specific to the non-reduced form of IgG, was used as a secondary antibody at a dilution of 1/1500.
Blocking and dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.
All lanes : Anti-C1orf93 antibody [EPR13703] (ab180932) at 1/60 dilution
Lane 1 : fetal kidney cell line at 10 µg
