ab173228 staining C9orf7 in rat cerebellar granule neuron cells by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with Triton X-100 and blocked with 2% BSA for 10 minutes at 25°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/200 in 2% BSA) for 30 minutes at 25°C. An Alexa Fluor® 568-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal (1/500) was used as the secondary antibody.
