HeLa (human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) cells labeling Calcineurin A (green) using ab240913 at 1/120 dilution in ICC/IF, followed by a FITC conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG at 1/200 dilution. Cells were fixed using 2% formaldehyde for 20 minutes at room temperature. Primary antibody was incubated for 12 hours at 4°C and secondary antibody for 2 hours at room temperature. Counterstained with DAPI (blue) at a 1/40000 dilution, for 2 hours at room temperature.

Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - Anti-Calcineurin A antibody (ab240913)
Mouse backskin tissue fixed with Bouin's fixative solution, stained for Calcineurin A using ab240913 at 1/100 dilution (1 hour at RT) in immunohistochemical analysis. Secondary antibody was a FITC cnjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (green) at a 1/50 dilution incubated for 1 hour at RT.
