    Calcium-dependent, calmodulin-stimulated protein phosphatase. This subunit may have a role in the calmodulin activation of calcineurin. Dephosphorylates DNM1L, HSPB1 and SSH1.

  • Immunofluorescence analysis of rat dissociated hippocampal cells, staining Calcineurin A with ab3673.

    Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.25% Triton X-100 and blocked with 10% normal goat serum for 1 hour at 23°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/500 in 2% normal goat serum) for 1 hour at 23°C. An AlexaFluor®488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit polyclonal IgG (1/1000) was used as the secondary antibody.
