Immunofluorescent analysis of HepG2 cells (paraformaldehyde-fixed, 4%) labeling Calpain 9 with ab181178 at 1/250 dilution followed by Goat anti rabbit IgG (Alexa Fluor® 488) secondary at 1/200 dilution and counter-stained with DAPI (blue).
