Additional Notes
Immunostaining obtained with this antibody in the rat spinal cord using the antibody 1:1000 diluted. The staining is beautiful, located in the cytoplasm of some neurons (soma and processes) (right panel). Spinal cord sections incubated without primary antibody (left panel) showed no staining.
The tissues were fixed (animals perfused fixed) with 4% PFA and later postfixed overnight in the same fixative. They were cryoprotected in 30% sucrose and cut using a cryostat.
