Our Abpromise guarantee covers the use of ab69795 in the following tested applications.
The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
|ICC/IF||Use a concentration of 20 µg/ml.|
|IHC-P||Use a concentration of 5 µg/ml.|
|WB||Use a concentration of 0.5 - 1 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 146 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 146 kDa).|
RelevanceCAPS1 (Ca2+-dependent activator protein for secretion) belongs to the CAPS/Cadps family which consists of two members, CAPS1 and CAPS2. The CAPS family proteins are involved in the secretion of different secretory substances in developing and postnatal brains. In addition CAPS1 regulates catecholamine release from neuroendocrine cells and is expressed predominantly in the brain.
