    • Flow Cytometry analysis of K-562 (Human chronic myelogenous leukemia lymphoblast) cells labeling Carbonic Anhydrase I/CA1 with Purified ab108367 at 1:60 dilution (10 µg/ml) (red). Cells were fixed with 4% Paraformaldehyde. A Goat anti rabbit IgG (Alexa Fluor® 488, ab150077) secondary antibody was used at 1:2000. Isotype control - Rabbit monoclonal IgG (Black). Unlabeled control - Cell without incubation with primary antibody and secondary antibody (Blue).

    • ab108367 staining Carbonic Anhydrase I/CA1 in zebrafish retina sections by IHC-Fr. The tissue was fixed with paraformaldehyde and an antigen retrieval step was performed with sodium citrate pH 6. Blocking of the sample was done with 5% BSA in PBS containing 01% Tween 20 and 0.5% Triton X, for 60 minutes at 23°C, followed by staining with ab108367 at 1/200 in blocking solution for 16h at 4°C. An alexa 488 conjugated goat anti-rabbit polyclonal antibody at 1/1000 was used as the secondary antibody. Nuclei are stained in blue with DAPI. Carbonic Anhydrase I/CA1 expression can be observed in horizontal cells and Muller cells(in green).
