Immunofluorescent analysis of 4% paraformaldehyde-fixed, 0.3% Triton X-100 permeabilized NIH/3T3 (Mouse embryonic fibroblast) cells labeling Caspase-12 with ab235180 at 15 µg/ml , followed by Donkey anti-Rabbit IgG DyLight™488 conjugated preadsorbed secondary antibody at 15 µg/ml for 1 hour at RT (green).
