I'm sorry to hear you are having problem with ab1663. Could you please send me a few more details of your protocol so I understand it better. Can you please tell me: -do you do a blocking step to block endogenous peroxidases -what concentration of primary antibody was used, incubation time and buffer -have you tried a less amplified detection method e.g direct fluorescence or direct HRP-conjugated secondary antibody? Do you get a similar signal? It would be very useful if you could also send an image of your staining of both tissues. I look forward to hearing from you,

It does not require any antigen release methods and for IHC-P should be used at a dilution of 1/400. We do not routinely offer free or trial sized samples for testing purposes.
