Incubate with primary antibody for 30 minutes at 4°C.

 

IHC-P Use at an assay dependent concentration.

Boil tissue section in EDTA buffer, pH 8.0 for 10 minutes followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.Incubate for 10 minutes at room temperature.

    Integrin alpha-E/beta-7 is a receptor for E-cadherin. It mediates adhesion of intra-epithelial T-lymphocytes to epithelial cell monolayers.
