  • ab13219 staining CD11 + CD18 in human PBMC by Flow Cytometry. Cells were prepared in PBS + 1% BSA. The sample was incubated with the primary antibody (1/100 in PBS + 1% BSA) for 1 hour at 4°C. An FITC-conjugated Goat anti-mouse polyclonal (1/200) was used as the secondary antibody.

I regret to inform you that we do not have any direct data that answers your question. However,we know the scientist described the antibody as being able to be used to detect the activation state of each integrin receptor which suggests that it does recognize CD11a, b, c and d.

The antibody was found to recognize a unique activation epitope of LFA-1, which is essentially absent on resting cells e.g. lymphocytes so this product may be used as a reporter of the activation state of CD11/CD18 receptors.
