Would you mind sending me the details of your protocol with your sample preparations including denaturing and reducing steps, the amount of total protein per well. Also important are the controls you may have used, especially loading controls or poncheau staining results. Please include blocking procedures, antibody incubation steps, washes, images and any steps that you may have changes while troubleshooting.

These details will not only help me to better understand this issue and be able to offer suggestions but will also be used for internal testing of the products if deemed necessary. Thank you for contacting us. The immunogen is between aa to aa of human protein. This antibody should pick up the target protein at 30-35kDa. As the target protein could form dimers, is the 70kDa band its dimer molecules? We recommend using beta-Mercaptoethanol or DTT with anoinic denaturing detergent in your loading buffer and heating your sample at 95C in this reducing-denaturing buffer for 5 minutes.
