Thank you for your quick reply. How can I be sure that the Fc portion of the whole IgG antibody molecules do not actually stimulate the Fc receptors that I intend to block?Christine.

I can confirm the following details which I have obtained from the laboratories: ab41899 CD32 antibody: Unfortunately, we do not have a specific protocol for the use of this product in blocking experiments, this application is supported based upon the literature.
