Dear Sir/Madam,
I'm a user of some primary antibodies which I have purchased from abcam. The antibodies are against CD1a, CD1b and CD1c, product numbers are ab56325, ab96329 and ab18216, respectively. I would like to use these antibodies for a number of applications and I require the sequence of the immunogen to judge whether they'd be appropriate for some of my work. Could you please supply the amino acid sequence of the respective immunogens?
Best regards,

Thank you for your inquiry.
Please excuse the delay in my answer, I was in contact with the lab that produce these antibodies.
Unfortunately, I was not told the immunogen for ab56325 and I apologize for any inconvenience this causes to you.
The immunogen for ab18216 was cells from the MOLT4 cell line and there is no further information if the epitope was mapped available. And therefore we donot not the immunogen sequence.
I am happy to confirm that the immunogen for ab96329 was a recombinant fragment, corresponding to a region within amino acids 61-258 of Human CD1b (NP_001755).
I hope this information is helpful. Please donot hesitate to contact me again with any further questions.
