Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence analysis of A431 (human epidermoid carcinoma epithelial cell) labeling CD239/BCAM with ab134110 at 1/100 dilution followed by ab150077 at 1/1000 dilution. Cells were fixed with 4% Paraformaldehyde and permeabilied with 0.1% TritonX-100. DAPI was used as nuclear counter stain.
