Customer reviews and Q&As

Thank you for your enquiry. Please rest assured that this antibody can be used for depletion activity in vitro. The details of the experiment was from the following publication (see PDF attachment). MONOCLONAL ANTIBODIES TO MURINE CD3c DEFINE DISTINCT EPITOPES, ONE OF WHICH MAY INTERACT WITH CD4 DURING T CELL ACTIVATION.  The Journal of Immunology. Vol. 142, 4169-4175. No. 12. (1989). I am afraid that I could not determine the exact protocols used but the results can be seen in Table 1. There is however references to publication # 20 and # 23 should you require more information. Unfortunately, we do not have those pubications in file. I hope the above information will be helpful. If there is anything else that I can help you with please do not hesitate to contact me.
