Thank you very much for your interest in our products. ab89191 (Anti-CD32 antibody [MM0270- 3L1]) from our catalogue was raised using CD32b extra cellular domain and reacts with both CD32a and CD32b. Unfortunately, it was not specifically tested if it reacts with CD32c. But since the CD32c and CD32b extra cellular domains are identical, we assume that it should also recognize CD32c. This antibody is tested and guaranteed to work in WB with human samples by our Abpromise guarantee. I am also happy to confirm that ab41899 (Anti-CD32 antibody [AT10]) binds to the extracellular region of CD32 and reacts with all isoforms of CD32, as described in Sandilands, G.P. et al. (2007) Immunol. 91: 204-211. Furthermore, clone AT10 has been shown to block CD32 and displace any antigen (IgG) that is bound to the receptor. This antibody is not tested and guaranteed for WB. The antibody was tested using the recombinant proteins. It can pick up both both CD32a and CD32b, but only under non-reducing condition.   Hope this info will be helpful! Please cotnact us again if you have any further questions.

This antibody was raised using CD32b extra cellular domain and reacts with both CD32a and CD32b. We do not know if it reacts with CD32c for sure. Since CD32c and CD32b extra cellular domain are identical, we assume that it should react with CD32c.
