Additional bands at: 45 kDa. We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.

CD42d/GP5 has a predicted molecular weight of 61 kDa but contains a number of potential glycosylation sites (SwissProt). We believe that the observed 81 kDa band correlates to the glycosylated form of the uncleaved protein.
