Tried at various concentrations (1:100-1:2500) with and without .25% triton. (1:100 shown) Labels neurons in the central nervous system, with intensity dependent on concentration. Triton had little impact. Since there is limited literature about the expression of CD55 in the CNS, it is unclear if this labeling is accurate or not, thus the inconclusive rating.

As the antibody had not previously been characterized in IHC or mouse samples, I would recommend a positive control (one possibility is human lung) to validate the IHC staining procedure.
